I'm a very unhappy customer. I received a bag that was damaged with knicks and scratches all over the metal logo plate. I reached out to customer service with pictures of the bag I received. The email from customer service said, "...Unfortunately knicks happen and it's not something we can control and we can not guarantee that the next bag wouldn't have a knick. You are welcome to return it back to us and we will exchange it out for you. We will not cover the price of shipping since the item is not damaged and is still functional...". This response is unacceptable. This isn't the first purchase that I've made with the company (I've spent almost $300, not that it matters). I've never had a problem until now. I don't mind sending the bag back, but to spend more money to do so, is ridiculous. I paid for a bag in perfect condition, as it's a present. To say that another bag would arrive in the same or worse condition is terrible business practices. I gave the company many more emails to do the right thing, but they were unable, or didn't care, to listen to one of their customers. I truly hope Angie doesn't know that this is the way her business is being handled, but I do hope she sees this. Sadly, I'm highly considering never supporting this business again.
