  1. Is Singe Beauty Cruelty Free?
    Singe Beauty is vegan and cruelty free. 

  2. Are Singe Beauty Brushes private labeled?
    No, all of Singe Beauty products are designed specifically for the brand and are not private labeled. 

  3. Where is Singe Beauty produced?
    All Singe Beauty products are designed in the United States and produced in China.

  4. How do I clean & care for my brushes?
    Wet the bristles of each brush, and massage a mild soap or brush cleanser into the brush. Be sure to avoid water around the ferrule of the brush. Do not soak your brushes, this could potentially harm the bristles of the brush, as well as the wooden handles.  To dry the brushes, either hang the brushes with the bristles pointed downwards, or lay the brush on a slight incline with the bristles facing downwards.

  1. Where is the confirmation email for my order?
    Please check the spam folder of your email; the confirmation could've ended up there. To remedy this in the future, you can add info@singebeauty.com as a contact so your email recognizes us as a 'safe' sender. 

  2. Where is my package?
    After the package has been delivered to the postal service, it is no longer under the control of Singe Beauty. Please refer back to the tracking number provided to you for shipping updates. 

  3. Does Singe Beauty cover import duties, taxes, etc.?
    International shipping is available to those living outside of the United States. Any and all import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

  4. Can I cancel or make any changes to my order (e.g. address changes) after it's been placed?
    Once an order has been placed, Singe Beauty is unable to cancel or make any changes to orders.  All orders are final.
