SHIPPING POLICY

Singe Beauty ships to the US, as well as select countries abroad. Shipping is calculated at the time of check out. 

Once an order has been placed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Once shipped, orders will be updated with tracking. 

If expedited shipping has been chosen at check-out, please note: if your order is placed before 12:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST) your order should be fulfilled that day. If your order placed after 12:00 pm CST, your order will be fulfilled the following day.

All orders are final, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders once they are sent in.

International Shipping:  International shipping is available to those living outside of the United States. Please be aware that shipping times are still delayed due to Covid-19. Any and all import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Singe Beauty offers a way to pre-pay taxes for certain countries. If you reach check-out and the pre-pay option isn't available, your country is excluded from this feature at this time.

Currently our warehouse is not shipping to the following countries: Israel, Palestine. Please stay tuned for updates from Singe Beauty. 

Tracking is provided on all order.

After the package has been delivered to the postal service, it is no longer under the control of Singe Beauty. Please refer back to the tracking number provided to you for shipping updates.

RETURN POLICY

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. All sales are final. You can contact us for any return questions at info@singebeauty.com 

 

DAMAGES & ORDER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCHANGES

Please contact info@singebeauty.com should an exchange need to be made for damaged items, or order issues. Singe Beauty may request the defective and / or damaged item be returned in order to process an exchange. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will be sent your replacement item(s).

 

REFUNDS

If a refund has been requested and approved, you’ll be notified and automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
